French as a foreign language is the second most frequently taught language in the world after English. The French department of our school was founded in 1996 and has been stemmed with success ever since. Our students' pass rate reaches 100% in all official IFA exams (DELF and DALF). Since the French language is formally introduced in the 5th grade of elementary school, students as young as 10 can start French lessons. During the first two years of French, learning takes place through songs, hands-on activities, as well as the use of multimedia. Our French instructors are enthusiastic and thoroughly trained. It takes the average student 5 academic years to reach the B2 level (good knowledge of the language) and a further 2 years to become proficient (C2 level).
